There are untold numbers of people throughout our global society who work tirelessly creating unique items in an effort to care for their families. Everything we carry in our growing list of handcrafted items come from individuals, co ops and projects sponsored by religious or socially responsible groups. We work as carefully as possible to ensure that none of the items we carry are mass produced through sweatshops and child labor. In this way we can ensure that the artisans receive a living wage for their work, allowing them to buy food, medicine, clothing and education for their families, as well as raw material and tools to continue their craft. What we doThe items we offer for your consideration are either functional or purely decorative and are ideal for both collecting and gifting. Because each piece is handcrafted, color, minor details, and size may vary slightly, making each item truly one of a kind. Since we care about the environment as much as we care about social justice, we try to use packaging and packing that is environmentally sound, and we encourage all our customers to reuse the packaging received from us. From time to time we will offer items at sale prices and always offer discounts on consignment items to non-profits for fund raising. Our MissionTo offer our customers distinctive, handcrafted items made from natural, recycled, and renewable materials at fair prices. And guarantee that no forced labor went into the making of the product. We promise to work hard to ensure that the principles of economic and social justice are maintained.
